For order questions

Include your order number.
Use the same email address you used at checkout.
Tell us which product you need help with.
If the issue is visible, include clear photos where the form allows it or reply to the support email with them.

For compatibility questions

Tell us the product name and, where relevant, your phone or device model, connector type or intended use. If a specification is unclear, asking before ordering is better than guessing.

Shipping and delivery
